1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Credit or Debit Cards accepted. We use Paypal as our billing system. You will be redirected to paypal secure gateway during payment.

2. What shipping methods do you use? Can I get next day or second air shipment of the product?

We use UPS ground for shipments within the continental USA. Free shipping on all orders.

If you want Next day or Second day service, Just give us your destination ZIP Code, we will send you a quote for next day and second day services.

3. Can I get a volume discount for large orders?

4. What size of door thresholds you have?

Door thresholds are usually either 4, 5 or 6 inches wide, 24 to 48 inches long and thickness varies between 3/4 and 1¾ inches.

5. What is Standard bevel?

Standard bevel threshold has a 1/4" x 1/4" Bevel on 2 long sides of the threshold. Bevels and the top surface of the thresholds are polished.

6. What is Single hollywood bevel?

Single Hollywood Bevel threshold has bevel on 1 long sides of the threshold. Threshold is 3/4" or 5/8" thick on top level and chamfers down to 3/8" thickness on one edge. Other long side is straight and has no bevel. Bevel and the top surface of the thresholds are polished.

7. What is Double hollywood bevel?

Double Hollywood Bevel threshold has bevel on 2 long sides of the threshold. Threshold is 3/4" or 5/8" thick on top level and chamfers down to 3/8" thickness on one edge. Bevel and the top surface of the thresholds are polished.

8. If I order a threshold (saddle) that is longer than I need; Can I cut it by myself?

If your doorway requires a different size you'll want to have it professionally cut to avoid cracking the marble. We do that service for you. Please contacy with us for customization.

9. What else do I need for installation?

The only other supplies you'll need are thin-set mastic and caulk, a trowel, straight edge and utility knife. Once you have these supplies, the task is no more difficult than laying tile. So go ahead and get started after all.

10. Can I return a Special Order item?

Special Order items, or custom items, are non-returnable.

11. Is it possible to be given an expected ship date for my order?

Absolutely! Once an order is processed with our main warehouse, a UPS tracking number is immediately generated. This tracking number will not be "active" or "trackable" until the item is received at the UPS hub, later in the day.

12. My order status reads "Shipped." How do I know when my order will be delivered?

Locate the tracking number - clicking on this will take you to the UPS tracking portal, which will give you an estimated arrival date. Most "Ground" or "Truckline" shipments will arrive in 2-5 business days from the day of shipment.
